Past Events:

October Children’s Program - Tuesday October 23rd, 6:40 PM
Bay Area storyteller John Weaver will be telling slightly spooky stories at the SLO Library.  John’s energetic, interactive, humor-filled performances aim to capture the attention and imagination of all ages, to educate, and to encourage children and families to continue the adventure at home by reading together.

November Children’s Program - Saturday November 10th 10:30 AM at the SLO Library
High-energy juggling and acrobatics will be performed by Something Ridiculous Juggling members, Mark Wilder and VonJon. These two slapstick stuntmen juggle everything from machetes to bowling balls while on free-standing ladders, seven-foot tall unicycles or atop the partners shoulders. It will be a wildly entertaining, dynamic fun-filled show.

December Children’s Program -Saturday, December 1st, 10:30 AM
The Teddy Bear Tea Party is one of our favorite events.  Features music, crafts and a tea party.  Space is limited, so sign up ahead for this fabulous event.

January Children’s Program - Friday, January 4th, 2:00 PM

Patrick (Lp) Camozzi is an international children’s singer/songwriter/author/story teller who will provide enjoyment for family members of all ages.

Lp Camozzi, children’s singer/songwriter/author, was born in the Kootenay Mountains of British Columbia in 1952. According to his Rossland cousin, he is a wandering spirit from the Kootenay tribe – though his Italian father, Dutch/Russian mother and six younger siblings would disagree. After getting a Marketing degree from the Ivey business school, working in Advertising since 1975, marrying a Quebecoise and siring three children (Avril, Marielle and Zach), Lp decided to move from the his ocean swimming home on BC’s Sunshine Coast to the separatist, French, east end of Montreal to become an English children’s entertainer – in 2001. Since that time, he has self-published two CD’s (Even Kids Get the Blues & Even Kids Go Country) and one picture book illustrated by his daughter Marielle (Pasta Pazoo. More Better Spaghetti).
